I remember now the answer from Nikki Lauda to Marlene in that film: “There's no need to drive fast, it just increases the percentage of risk. We're not in a hurry, I'm not being paid. Right now, with zero incentive or reward, why would I drive fast?”

the fastest was probably not that time at 140 km/h in the highway, ah those small Roads ….

That's a rather broad and sweeping statement, yours may not be that quick but mine is.




Them their roads look familiar…. Look out for the sheep!



Still running in.... after a year - I will take it out to find my shi% the pants speed, probably less than the car will do….

Answering for my E12 - on the road trip home from Bellingham, WA to Chicago, it happily cruised at 100 in Montana. What a great highway car.
