WTB: cigar lighter and light switch

a previous owner has substituted a cig lighter from a later (E24?) car and it is black plastic and domed, and not silver and dished. Can anyone help with this?

I also need the knob from the light switch (or the washer speed control). My switch works fine but I need the plastic knob, silver and dished, that screws onto the switch shaft
