Just this week I ordered replacement for this pin and installed it on my window lift
Gerade bei #eBayKleinanzeigen gefunden. Wie findest du das?

Wait on deQ to find the thread. I used his repair and have had no issues.

Hi. I have a regulator that you may be able to use some of the parts you need. Please show me exactly what parts you need and I will see if I have them.
Thanks

God damn haha

I wish I knew bout those! I would have much preferred to buy some already made but I also started to make a batch of these since mine is missing. Not sure if too zinc plate or leave as is and grease..

I’m making 10 so will have some extra.

Well,
here is the pin I found on Ebay-Kleinanzeigen and my broken one.
The broken original one comes with a screw thread. Inserting a screw will enable you to turn this pin in position when mounting it.
In fact this pin is just pushed into the gap, it is not fixed but only hold in position by the spring tension.

The picture below shows how you may turn this pin with a needle-nose plier into position. Mounting of the spring is done in the position of no tension.
I drove in a thin washer to fix the end of the spring in the groove

If this pin still stays in position the window lift may still work. But I recommend to replace it by a new pin.
One reason why these pins get bent is high force being applied due to dirty rails and rail rollers. Very often you find huge amounts of hardened grease on these parts.
So get your rails and rollers clean!Window lift rail rollers.JPG

Well JamesE30, if you are selling, I am interested. Matter of time before I need one for my E9 or E3.
