I am partial to the simple but elegant four-spoke with the delicate chrome hubcap. I have them on my CSi, 1974. It all comes down to taste. I find the 20 spoke and others too busy, whatever that means. I am also an originalist, not the way Justice Scalia is, and try to keep my coupe mostly stock.

deQuincey - always love to see photos of your car, its so clean and one of my favorite color combos! I agree with keeping the stock wheels.

Currently living in Houston North suburbs
I got a used set of OEM 14" 20 spokes from Peter @Coupeking. A little clean-up and a shot of satin black on the centers and I am in business. I put the old five-spokes in the attic. I like the little BMW caps in the center of the newer wheels in your pic. Peter gave some Alpina caps that are OK. I will probably look for some OEM caps with roundels.
