what do you guys think is a fair price for my ex regularity E9 ? '70 2800CS
Any interest here ?

Good :
- new factory M30B35 ( '86) with meanwhile approx 4000 miles ! Triple webers DCOE45, Schnitzer headers , KMS ignition with coilpack
-complete stainless exhaust
- dogleg , overhauled those 4000 miles ago
- LSD differential
- 4 corners coilovers designed and installed by Intrax ( famous Dutch race car shop ) with camber plates
-Tilton pedalbox with Wilwood front brakes
-rear the later disc brakes conversion
-removed roll cage and reinstalled oem interior
-fenders edges enlarged to just hold 245 tires
-Wheels OZ racing and Schnitzer
-front windows manual , rear electric work good
-new safety belts 3 points
-sun roof
- changed steering reduction , less play and more direct

runs & drives perfect .

Bad :
- floors repaired with flat plate around the "holes"
- missing glove box/fuses door
-no keys for doors , no lock in trunk
-damaged ceiling fabric
-paint has user damage , but no dents

I just love that car , but as we move to a much smaller house i can only keep 1 "fun" car. That will be a Superformance Cobra. :D

In Europe I would take a look on Mobile, Classic trader or Classic UK.
Maybe not so easy to juge/estimate due to it´s not a "normal" series car.

What is the colour of your car ?
I have "henna red" and up to now I know no other E9 in this colour. ;)

Not sure what the UK market is. ALso not sure if someone in Oz or HK will be willing to have this shipped.

Given the floors, missing parts, and those fender flares (but no other areas of rust I assume?), I'm thinking perhaps BP £40k???

40k BP would be 48k Euro... no , i won't get that. Perhaps 40k euro ?

As i wrote, this is a real drivers car . No use to restore that one to oem perfect , but drive&enjoy it as is !
Mechanicaly it is ready to drive around the world :D

perhaps i should explain the M30b35 engine : it was a gift from BMW to a tech school in Belgium in '86 for display. It stood there for 15 years till a professor retired and was donated it. He had plans for it ... but it remained in his garage untouched. I bought it , a BMW specialist just renewed all gaskets . Interior was indeed brand new.
Spins and drives of course perfect.

heater/defrost work?

Any rust?

If yes/no, then I think easily £40k.

How's the undeside look? Trunk?

Engine compartment is fabulous!

Get tons of pics/videos and submit on BAT! You'll be surprised I think.
