FYI, one from an E24 6 series will work with a modification of a spaded ground wire for the 4 prong plug.

I do not. Can search bimmer.com in the archive section for the part number for the 635/M6 wiper motor.

Tip: Tape your wiper arms & blades to the windscreen. It will make the motor switch easier to have the armature in the correct position when reconnecting the short arm to the motors splined shaft. Run the wiper motor 2-3 to make sure it’s properly parked. Then reattach the arm on the splined shaft. Remove the tape, lift the arms off the windscreen & test. When they park be sure they are at the bottom of the travel & not dipping too low.
