A friend of mine has three E9 in bad condition for sale. He is located in Cincinnati, OH, USA. All contact information are in the attached video. John has been maintaining BMWs since the 1970's and is a nice person. Please contact him only of you are interested and try not to low ball your offer. He is selling these cars after the aftermath of COVID on his business. Below you will see three video of the three cars. These are "serious" restoration projects. Please do not PM me, the transaction will be between John and the buyer.

Regards,

Philip

Sad, another business casualty of the Plague. A local body shop that did excellent work just closed. Covid.

FIrst one looks savable. The last two...uggh.

If only there were reproduction fenders/quarters, they too could be saved.

For parts cars, the 3.0CS has some decent parts (rear trailing arms for disc brakes, AC radio panel).

Wonder if any of them have an LSD.

Good luck to the seller. Someone will want them.
Coupes in this condition remind of the title of this one hit wonder:

Worse than the Cincinnati Death Camp cars. At least one of those was repairable.

These are well past Dead on Arrival.

2775066, I tried to find contact information for “John” but my “Dick Tracey” skills must be lacking.

Help, please.

The project will be to use the 3.0 or 2800 skins to tack weld onto a tube frame chassis race car. Rust is a minor issue.

Or, does anyone else have a lead on a shell-only?

Thanks in advance.
