Sunroof / headliner panel options?

Do you know of anyone making the sunroof/headliner panel? Mine is usable, but it shows its age.

No one making one that I know about. You could make one out of marine grade 1/4 inch plywood or masonite. Be sure to seal the edges with some sort of varnish or polyurethane so they don't wick up moisture.

I have a sheet of wainscot I was planning on using until I found out the original is not flat. I'm not sure on how to bend it on the sides where the grab handle attach.
Any suggestion on how this is done?

Does anyone have pictures of their headliner backing board? If I make my own to I need to make it go all the way to the side and under the grab handles?
