Just dropping by from the 6-series world because I wanted some thoughts from the e9 crowd. Unfortunately at this point it seems that the Northeast Coupefest event I was pursuing is not going to be a possibility, mainly for logistical reasons.
Southeast Sharkfest has always been an event centric to the 6-series, however we have never excluded any BMW (or any make vehicle for that matter) from participating. As an addition for the 2010 event, however, we would like to recognize the e9 officially as a participating chassis, which will include judging and awards.
So what say you, e9 folk? I'm sure Steve "Blingham" is somewhere around here to vote yes for this, but would this bring any more e9's to the party? We recognize that the e24 is the offspring from the pappa e9 and we really want to see more of these beautiful vehicles. If we get enough interest, we want to include the new class.
