Seems a bit much given the car's pedestrian CSL roots.
But, it it's a well built race car the price might be fair wrt cost to replicate.

I also like the silver e9 with the m5 drivetrain. To bad it's RHD.

You'd be hard pressed to re-create this for 75k - 100k pounds... spend half up front for a real left-hand CSL and then get the wallet out.

The Kugelfischer pump and Schnitzer slide valve induction system is worth more than the average E9 before you build a reliable 350 hp motor to install it on.
