Since I consider my Bavaria to be one of the most beautiful sedans ever, I would have to call this wagon one of the most beautiful ever built. I believe BMW use these Wagons to haul mechanics and parts to support factory race cars. What a time!!

Oh, a hidden E3 Kombi thread, my unfavourite topic of all. Every time someone of the E3-Club talks about Kombis I leave the table. Usually only rumours and mysterious Bavarian villages (I am lost in Bavaria anyway). What might be of interest: there were at least four different conversions. Two of them I have seen. Also spoke to the gentleman who rebuilt the works car. The fourth is a one-off. Pictures of the works cars are here, probably also of the Polaris Crayford Estate. The Türkis German conversion might be present in some other thread. If someone wishes to see the white German conversion, I should have pictures somewhere, might even find them.
