Looking for source for the grommets used on affixing the C-pillar emblem

from Realoem is the grommet(s) used to I believe snap into place (2 on each side) that allows the BMW emblem to friction fit after the chrome ring is attached with the 2 small screws. The part number is NLA and am looking for a source or an alternative way of ensuring the emblem stays in place.

I checked their website and searched the part number and no hits. I may however not have the correct part number, the parts book and Realoem are a bit fuzzy sometimes in their illustrations, etc.
