looking for a front bumper.

I was looking to replace my front bumper. 73 3.0 cs. The front bumper has two style of bumper attachments (one points up and the other points down) and i would prefer a complete unit with the same style center attachments. Im located in Concord Ca.

the chrome is the same regardless of the style of rubber on the over-rider. the style that is correct on the 73 is the reverse (dagmar) with the most forward point down low. the '72 and earlier points up.

now for the bad news - the '73 over-rider is NLA. you might find one used ... otherwise you can put the 72 and earlier rubber on the existing chrome. the good news is this is much cheaper than replacing the entire bumper.

thanks for the info! Ill look into it. I had another set of chrome with rubbers that came with the car. The chrome did not fit the current bumper i have. The rubber did not fit the units i currently have. Ill use the info you posted and see if I can resolve this.
