Hello
My name is Miro and I have been following the forum since 2007. I purchased my first E9 in Toronto Canada the same year and it appeared to be in great shape. Here in the Toronto area, salt plays a major role in destroying these cars and many others and it did some damage to my car. I purchased a 73 3.0csa vin 2250738 with no visible rust on the outside fenders and doors but I did see some rust on top of the front strut towers.
I drove the car home after some negotiation with some plans for restoration. Life wife, family work and my two beautiful daughters were my real priority and 8 years after purchasing the vehicle I managed to get some work completed on both rocker panels and stut tower last fall.
I will post some photos of my progress and continue to read and follow the advise of the many knowledgable members
