Not sure how this felt seal is a reproductive risk unless you eat a box load or install it in the wrong place

Just make sure you apply sunscreen when roof is open. 
My guess is that so many chemicals apply, and the law suits can be so damaging if a label gets missed and someone gets sick, that it is just easier for companies to put the label on everything....ESPECIALLY sunscreen.
In my business, the last place where hazardous chemicals were eliminated was in the warning labels.
I guess that now you no longer need to put a warning label on the warning label.
