Seems like there is a lot of old sound deadening material in the interior for a chassis that has been acid dipped. Other concerns would be seeing the car in person as the black paint and bad lighting in the pictures can hide the quality of the body lines and respray; it doesn't run, so getting it to a qualified guy like Carl Nelson in nearby LaJolla will be more expensive (expensive, but in my opinion absolutely necessary); and you should be concerned that there may be missing parts since much of the car looks like it will come in boxes. All that said, this could be a great deal if those concerns check out.
