Oh really?
Guess that sets a bench mark for what a CSL with a decent restoration behind it will pull at the moment.

Rumoured to be going to an overseas buyer. I wonder if back to the UK?

Was a nut and bold restoration and in excellent condition having inspected the car myself. Someone got a very nice RHD CSL. (Was last listed at AUD $269K).

Do you know the production number to this car ??
Nice buy at just under 150k GBP!!!

Hopefully it’s coming back to the UK, and I might see it at some classic car events !!!

more than likely she will be a garage queen /trailer queen .... angry face

If the car is coming to the UK would there be any import duties to pay and if so how much ? That would give a better indication of what someone would be willing to pay, plus freight costs of course.

Assuming it sold for $269k AUD and it's now UK bound you would have to think that would take it over the 300k mark when you factor in freight, duty, insurance etc.

Add 2/3k max to shipping costs, import duties, DVLA paperwork etc etc ...
takes the total price to just over 150k GBP...strong money still , great buy

I wouldn’t assume it sold at full asking price considering it was sitting for sale for two years.
