CSi radiator hoses

Maybe we should start a CSi thread to keep this stuff all together?

Anyway, I am replacing all the radiator hoses in anticipation of crossing northern Nevada in August on the way to Pebble Beach. One of the hoses goes from the thermostat to the bypass pipe under the intake manifold horns. The part number is 11 53 266 137 and the shape is correct but the diameter is too small. The new from BMW is about 1 1/4" OD and the one on the car is about 1 1/2" OD. I can't find any other P/N for this hose.

So my question is, have any of you CSi guys replaced the radiator hoses and what was the part number? Did you have any diameter issues?

I used the WnN pipe kit, works so far. I also replaced the metal pipe that fits under the manifold, that was corroded internally, bought that from Jaymic. All of the pipes fitted but I do recall that I put one in the incorrect place at the start, then had an issue like yours until I realised and moved them around.
