Boot tools

Hi team

Just doing the trunk lid tool kit, have got new tools from Samstag (great service)
and feeler gauges and valve punch tool coming from Coupeking (again, great service)
But.... can anyone tell me what is the tool on the left hand side between the Allan Keys and the lamps, its sort of a T shaped thing??

And then ...where can I get one?
