Offering my Schwartz 72 coupe for sale here before using other venues. This site/members have been very helpful, so I am starting here !
This was a known car in the 1980's coupe world as the "Gene Wilder car."
I have a huge amount of old paperwork/club membership material / history on the car.

The good:
Sunroof
retains #'s matching block
Factory schwartz
M30b35 upgrade
5sp
Starts right up every time even after sitting/ runs well/most everything works.
Powdercoated front sub frame
20k spent at SFDons shop /have receipts if you want see them.
11k spent at interior / Cocomats looks nice
Sat indoors for 12 years. Very dry. Not rusty. Few very small bubbles.
Many, many new parts on car l< long list > + collection of spares.
Honest car/ bone dry/Lots of the hard, expensive work is done.

The bad:
1980's paint job, << lots of flaws >> , nice patina ok to me, << but NOT if you require perfection! >>
Very, very small amount of rust bubbles, old paint cracking on fender tops
Suspension, axles are old and really need to be done.
Has an aftermarket radiator that does not fit well, should be replaced.
Why I am selling? Change of priorities, not enjoying my car hobby recently. More interested in watches /rare books /records. I don't want to put it in the warehouse and let it sit. I rather hope someone who appreciates it can carry on with it and take it further along. I feel it is a rare interesting car, and worth someones time and effort, as it was for me previously.
The asking price is roughly what I can add up at a glance, based on my own expenditures over the last few years.
