Talking to some local experts they felt $20K was a reasonable price. Even I have a hard time believing coupes have risen as much as they have but it's a fact.

Chris, I cannot believe my eyes. You go see the car and report that it is worth maybe $20k, a buyer takes that as cue and pays $19.180 and now you use the transaction to confirm coupe valuations. You and your local experts (assuming they exist) caused it to transact at $19k!
