You can get a motor like that from Pick and Pull for $350.

Not worth the hassle. Someone just trying to flip it for profit. You'd have to purchase it from the registered owner with a Dup Title App and Bill of Sale. If you buy it for parts you'd have a chassis you can't get rid of.
