I came across this forum and noticed that my car was being discussed - entirely with speculation. I'm selling a 1974 3.0 CS in San Francisco. I am the 3rd owner and it's always been a CA car. It's listed right now on Ebay and Craigslist in both LA and SF. I've owned three 2002s and this is my first coupe. Just to clear some things up: No, I'm not a dealer. No, I'm not hiding the fact that it has a salvage title that dates back to over 12 years ago (I could give you the full details about this if anyone is curious). No, the car does not have "worrisome rust" because of the sunroof. This is a solid car with excellent service and service records it's entire life. It has minimal rust, the body is in excellent shape, it runs strong and has been well cared for and garaged it's entire life. It was my daily driver from one part of San Francisco to another for almost a decade and now I am selling it because I moved to the country/beach where dirt roads and sea air will do her in. I'm an enthusiast, but not a gearhead, and I want to keep another clean body coupe alive rather than watch her ding and rust in the salt air of West Marin. If anyone wants more info about this car let me know. I'm hoping to sell her soon, as I am paying for storage to keep her in SF to show to potential buyers.

Thanks for posting here, lots of interested buyers lately so hope you find one. We have a Registry, you can add the VIN and photos there too, we like to track how many of these remain.
