It does look familiar. In my opinion the front air dam with the color combo and the way it is positioned really makes it look "nose heavy." And what is up with the aluminum foil around the lines? There will be no radio frequency electromagnetic radiation getting through those lines!

The alu foil appears to be covering Weber fuel lines, can you say vapor lock?

I'm not sure that's the answer - If those are fuel hoses, they are on the pressure side of the fuel pump - you don't usually get vapor lock there. And they enter the carbs from the wrong side (Zenith and Weber fuel inlets are on the exhaust side, not the intake side).

Might they be the coolant lines for the chokes? Might someone have insulated them to make the chokes do ..... uh, something?

In the resto photo link you can see the fuel hoses on driver's side of engine before covering, also the supply line near firewall, since covered in foil. They wrap around counterclockwise.

The interior shots are stamped Car-from-UK.com.

No offense to anyone but why would someone paint a Fjord car that color?
