WTB - Front and Center Grills

Got into the shop attic and took some pics of various parts for trade.
Also have 3 Hartge rim covers, E12/28 Zender side skirts, 6 series rear spoiler, Hartge e12 aluminum front strut bar, 1800/2000 neuclass aluminum front grills (4 headlights).
Still looking for my dash and HVAC bits.

Hello......Been quite awhile since last on site.

Getting ready for paint and body on 1970 e9 race car project.

Need all grills for front hood/fenders:

1. Left and Right and Center front grills
2. Left and Right hood grills (black by windshield)
3 Left and Right front fender grills (black)

Also hood and trunk roundels, Rings of Saturn and C pillar roundels
Front and Rear windshield gaskets
Plexi rear side windows

Have some parts to trade if needed (various trim molding, Hartge 16" style A rims 7.5" & 8.5" wide, e9 turn signal switches, HVAC items, dash bits, plus more)

I am in SoCal.

Hi Shawn;
I have both fender grilles in pretty nice shape. some of the studs thet hold them on were missing so I glued on plastic bolts and nuts to match and will serve the purpose. I need that DIP switch so we can make a trade. I can send a photo if you send me your email address.
Please let me know so I don't sell them to another member. I have a list of about 5 or 6 members looking for the fender grills.

I will take all the wrenches and the dip switch and if you want I will trade you two used fender grills as an even trade.

Hi Shaun;
Received the Dip Switch today and the numbers are not the same as the one that was sold. The one with the number on it was BMW part # 61311351854. You said the other one was the same part #. The number on the switch you sent is # 13501538357. I tried looking it up on Real OEM and does not show as any BMW part. Could you possibly explain the part number identifacation?

Attached is a pic of the 2 switches I had. (1 NOS and 1 used...you bought the used one).
Side by side you can see they are the same number.

If you do not want it, please mail it back to me and do not send the side fender grills.
Please let me know how you will proceed.

To help clarify the DIP switch numbers.

DIP switch (Hi/Low..left side of steering column) info

BMW Part #: 61 31 1 351 854 (Euro)
(stamped number on part is: 1350153 8357)
Note: I bought this NOS part from Walloth & Nesch years ago for my pre 73 e9 and that is how it came (bag with BMW part number, part showing different stamped number)
Stamped number on DIP switch is not the same as BMW part number.

There are other BMW part numbers for the same pre 73 DIP switch as well.
61 31 1 353 767 (France/Italy)
61 31 1 357 592 (France/Italy)
61 31 1 351 856 (USA)
(Since I do not have those DIP switches, I will leave it to others to list the stamped number on those parts)

The euro dip switch is unique since in Europe the lo beam bulb is an H1 so when hi is selected it still turns in the lo beam H1 vs. the US style dual filament H4 lo beam. When using the euro city light H1 conversion you can use this switch or jump a wire under the dash to do the same thing which is what I did.
