Hi , what is the best way of treating the wood for my dash . What kind of oil should I use? Thank you

I only use beeswax to keep my wood dash and door trims in great condition.
I use carnuba wax

Not sure if this is right but I use liquid gold
Nothing gets absorbed but perhaps protects the varnish from UV light to minimize yellowing. I redo old furniture and since a piece can survive 150 years in someone's house but only 2 weeks in mine (that's what my 3 sons heard all there lives), after poly, I use beeswax for the patina. I wonder how it holds up in the heat though?
