Hi Folks,

I have the opportunity to get my hands on a complete D-Jet motor and harness. I have no desire to make my car a "CSI". Assuming that the motor runs but has been neglected, what is fair market value for the lot of parts. This would be everything required to change a CS to a CSI. Thanks!

I doubt if people want to change a CS into a D-jet CSI. Why not do Megasquirt or Motronic if originality isn't issue. But D-jet has value to those of us with BMW built CSIs. And that may include original CSIs that where conveted to carbs. If you have all the CSI parts, I'd suggest a value of $1200 to choose a random number. More if you wait and sell individual parts to those in need...

I'll take a guess. $1500.
I assume they would go as spare parts. I don't know of anyone who would want to convert their car to Djet

Thank you folks! That is promising. I can see why nobody would want to move to D-Jet, but sustaining the existing car is important.
