Probably less that $50 for the relays and wire. I think it cost 3 hours to have it installed by a local shop. The tech picked up the power off one of the main feeds into the fuse box. If your windows are that stiff, you should probably take apart the guides are clean out the 45+ YO grease and re-grease them. De Quincy has some excellent threads around here on how to do that.
