-Bubble material - aluminium foil - carpet
Reflective aluminum foil combine with bubble material make the cooling effect is more significant
Keeps the dashboard cooler than the exterior temperature, protect the dashboard UV Block protector

We don’t all live is paradise @deQuincey…

It’s all fun and games until your dashboard cracks. Today, you are looking at at least $1,500 for a crack free dash *if you can find one. Figure at least 10 hours of labor at $130+ per hour to pull the windscreen, pull the dash, install the new dash, install windscreen. *Hope you don’t crank the brittle 50yo dashboard ends on the way in. So yeah, silly dashboard cover could save owners that actually drive their car $3K+. Seems like a decent insurance policy to me!

As @Markos said, this is a great idea. Anything that will resist heat absorption and prevent UV penetration will prolong the life of the dashboard. i'm definitely in for one.

This will be a good idea. The ExPell window film is supposed to prevent 99% of UV rays from passing through it. I posted pics of my Coupe with all of the glass having the film with the 70% tint. It can be applied to both the front and back windshields' compound curves.
