Its turning into a slow process, specially if we have to rebuild parts from scratch but now the car looks different. in 15 days it will be sandblasted…and it will look completely different from the Fukujima Alpina B2...

Going back to bare metal is always scary but really the only way to go.

I agree, better safe than sorry. Once we have placed enough metal on the chassis so it won't distort when moving, then its getting it to bare metal so anything slightly rusty appears….then it might last for another 50 years….until I disappear and it turns to be somebody else's problem!
