I also saw this Coupe on Hemmings and went to the site selling the car called Classic.com

Interesting but if you look their sample size is 27 on the data. typical datum to support their conclusions.
This is a very odd data set. Macha's car sold for $146,000 18 months ago, yet the high sale in this data over the past five years was $80,800? This would tell me that this is not the place you want to market your coupe if you are selling it.
Just so folks know when attempting to follow e9 values, these online data sets are always incomplete. Some of the best cars sell by word of mouth and the data from these sales doesn't show up online.
