For the very reason you said with the one you bought.
They don't match.
Nothing like all new glass to make a car look great.
Bought the whole set from W&N 8 pieces for what a windshield would cost from BMW.
Here's a comparison for price.
Thought $75 was fair.

Yes but look at all the nice hardware you get. That guy on eBay is a really good deal.

Of course I need to keep my hardware. Which consists of 4 bolts and some rubber mounting pieces and a metal attachment bracket. Seems like buyer would have this from his existing window just like I do.
I just threw this price out there before I even saw the eBay ad which also requires $25 in shipping.
Someone can always make an offer.
I'm usually very fair with my prices.
You can get brand new from BMW for $160 but as OP said the one he got from BMW did not match the color.

Doug is a good guy, a reputable seller, and is a genuine BMW enthusiast. He has become part of our tight knit local BMW community here in Southern California and has a lovely wife!
Look, I'm not criticizing anybody or his family.
I just made some points just like he did.
I own 5 BMW's and support the community on 4 different forums.
I'm not trying to beat our his ebay price. I put my price out to the OP via PM and it was before the ebay ad came out.
I wasn't making any suggestions I was just pointing out that Doug is a good guy since he is new to the forum. Sorry if I caused any problems.
