Probably just buy a NEW one? THey're not that expensive.
Don't need the switch, need the cover ( Euros had no front electric windows). Cannot get a handle on the part# from RealOEM. BTW, My switches are the older ones with round pins, sadly about 3X the price of those with flat pins.
Older style w/round pins? Never seen those.
You can buy above switch, remove the cover, and sell the switch w/o the cover?

You have the old style with flat pins and no socket like used on later switches with round pins.

Do you still need this bob? I've got a complete switch but is knackered, but the chrome plate is spot on.As in picture in front of rear window switch

the round pins switches were used on all of the e3's I ever stripped. But I believe they were socket not individual.
I replaced all (4) of my old style individual blade switches last year, for less than $100. shiny

Yes. socket. Blade switches for some reason are 1/2 to 1/3 price of round pin.
