Window wiper arms, one seems incorrect?

In process of dismanteling the glass and interior, i pulled the wipers.

I noticed that both arms have a wing, which is different than some pics from sales brochures.
Secondly, the wings seem to be mirrored.
Is one actually from a UK car?

What should my car have, being a May 73 euro car?

i think both foils were stuck on to passenger wiper arms. They should be riveted on, and neither look dimensionally correct. The foils do not wrap under the arm either. The foil on the bottom is the correct orientation.

FYI - E3 foils are also smaller than the e9 and may be made of aluminum vs stainless steel. At least the one that I drilled out of a satin e3 arm. See below:

I’d say the shorter one is for the 2002 and the longer one is E9. Would be a lot easier to tell if the wipers are removed, what’s missing is the passenger side without foil, like the kind Harry K is selling.

Both are actually same dimension. 412 mm roughly when measured end to end.
The wings/foils are indeed different compared to what Markos showed. The wings can slide on and off actually.

Does this logo on the wing/foil look familiar to anyone?

Ah,

The wings/foils do look factory made (but not in a bmw factory likely). That logo required some serious tooling.

so...

Instead of having one correct winged arm, and a possible winged RHD, it turns out I have two passenger side arms...

And two after market, but perhaps period correct wings /air foils, that can turn your non winged arm into a winged arm that only Markos and Chris can distinguish as non OEM.

Means I'm on the lookout for a winged driver side then!

Thanks guys for clarifying
