My bad and my apologies here! Should have seek the technical specs in a new post or elsewhere. No intention stealing or hijacking the pitch! My sole purpose is to resolve my immediate personal need.

I'm in for a set as well. Whatever the consensus is, I'm OK with it.

We have finally had some progress. My manufacturer sends his apologies for the delay...

It took a little longer than anticipated (like most of these things do) but we are getting there. Just need to do a test fit over the weekend and then we are into production.
We are going to be able to produce in either brass or aluminium as to you liking so those who ordered will be able to specify what they would like.
Aluminium will probably provide an easier surface to finish (anodising) as the entire surface will be able to be coated (including the recess which holds the nut as I am told the anodising finish is so thin it will not stop the nut being able to enter).
Brass on the other hand will lend itself to powder coating however you need to consider the nut recess needs to be “plugged” to prevent coating this area as the powder coat is about 1mm thick I am told.
It’s completely up to you which material you prefer.
There is a slight price increase for brass compared to aluminium but other than that you can have the material of your choosing.

Great news! We have now finalised the design and after test fitment and many “working overs” of the pivot mount I am happy to say that I’m ready to go ahead with production of these.
These look and feel like excellent quality, and more than exceed the strength required of the pivot point. Those who have ordered should be very pleased when they do finally receive their set.
I now need to discuss production timeframe with the manufacturer which I will do on Tuesday when I visit.
Anyone else hoping to purchase a set of these please let me know and I will be able to add you to the production run as I will not be making many extra sets of these and am not sure on future production runs at this stage.
Thanks for your patience everyone :)

Let me know if you need more orders to make a production run.

Ditto. Let me know as well. I don’t actually need them but I’m happy to add an order to lower production costs.

We have just about met batch requirements to go ahead but moving forward I’m not sure what a minimum batch size is going to be for the manufacturer to be interested again.
If anyone thinks they might need extra sets later on, it should be able to be arranged but time frame will be dependant on how long it takes to fill batch interest.

Hi @Frankie123 ,

I’m sorry I’m late to the game. I just checked and confirmed that CSL pivots are identical to the CS, just black. Mine appear to be in good shape but they are ticking time bombs. If it isn’t too late, count me in. Let me know where to send the funds (I’ll look upon confirmation that I’m in).

No problem Markos, not too late at this stage so I’ll be able to add you to the list.
My understanding was also that the CSL uses the same mounts only they are black in colour as opposed to white in the CS and CSi variants.
