My wife brought home a "shark" household steam cleaner, a gift from a neigbor. I immediately tried it on the elephant hide panel that covers the spare tire. I had previously tried every chemical agent I could, but it never looked very good. The steam cleaner really worked great! That panel now looks much better than the others. The project for next weekend is to dissasemble the rest of the trunk panels and clean those. I don't think that the "shark" is every going back to household duty.
