I just purchased a set of refurbished wheels from Frank @ Powderwheels KG in Budapest, and I'm so glad I did-- they are beautiful and came packaged with great care. The price was great, and his work is excellent, and he was very communicative. I have to admit that I was very skeptical about sending money halfway across the world to a vendor who I couldn't find too much about verified purchases from, but he really came through and his customer service was excellent. Highly recommended!
