You can now bookmark any post that you'd like to find later, along with adding a message and tags if you want to. Here's a couple screenshots...

Oooooooh, now THAT is AWESOME! Extremely useful. Much easier than copying the url and sending myself an email every time...

I imagine you can do a search in your Bookmarks list, right?
