I think getting a m30b35 and getrag 260 (yes, no speedo gear, not as bullet proof as a 265) with 100,000 miles on the motor may be a good low budget solution depending on the state of the motor/transmission. Don't know what other goodies you can take from this car - convert my rear drums to discs? Just my 2c. Swinging way above my weight
