starting plan for the interior.

I’m looking for a complete color change on the interior, I found world upholstery out of Santa Paula and they carry a complete set(seat covers, side panels, carpet and headliner) they quoted the kit at 4,800. Is this the going rate for the material? And what to budget for the install?

carpet is about 750, each of the leather seat sets are generally around 1200 (front + back ... less in vinyl) and you need extra color material (either vinyl or leather) for the back panels of the front seats, door pockets and the 3 rear arm rests ... so that would nominally be about 3000. so that leaves 1800 +/- for the door panels and the extra material.

getbmwparts lists the door panels as still available for $645 for the drivers and 660 for the passenger. the rear is 398 each ... they are only available in black. so they would be 2100 for all 4 ... which is a discounted price of $500 (total).

so i'm curious if they are providing the full door panels or just the materials
