I bought a set of early style license plate lights from WN. But I forgot to order the little bolts and nuts to attach them to the bumper.

Are those available in the US by any chance?

Thank you

Yeah, as Mark wrote just standard coarse screw - put stainless so was no problem with rust in future.

I have the u-clips and screws handy if you want actual measurements. I can provide this weekend when I am boxing up the bumper that so am extremely behind on shipping. :D
Ha! The one for Gary?
I do have one of the old U clip. So I will take that to a local hardware store today and hope I can find something similar.

They are actually coarse screws with u-clip speed fasteners.
I have gone to several hardware stores, big and small with no luck for the U-clip fasteners. Most of the ones you find in stores are too big. Even Amazon didn't help.

I may just have to wait until I have enough to order from WN.

I was lucky I didn't lose my clips, they are unique

Sorry Bo, this is a 4.2 which is a good size for the screw but it isn’t thick enough to clip over the bumper. Ace Hardware should have a ton of options in SAE.

hey Mark, I don't think that is it, it is designed to grab 2 sides, not over the end

I’ll take a look at the other three. My bumper was likely replaced due to a rear end, so maybe they aren’t original. My second set is packed away.

It’s the ones in Mark99’s pics. They are an odd small size. I don’t think anything comparable can be found in a standard hardware store. They need to be very narrow bc there is little space available in the tiny screw opening in the bumper.

What make them unique, they grab the sides of the slot you slide them into

They are unique but not special. The fact that I indeed have three different styles highlights that. @mark99 and @Bmachine confirmed the right part, and I have one of them in this bag.

With that said, my plate lights were secure. Any speed nut or clip will do it.
