Great pictures. At first, I thought it was a report on a show in the USA of German cars. Then I saw proper black foil behind fender grills and a higher incidence rate of trapezoid mirrors and 14 inch wheels. So, nope, not the American culture of slaughter of the beautiful e9 in this show field.

Too lend some substance to my comment: Look at the Night Blue or ???color with the Italvolanti Motorsport steering wheel and the 14" Mahle/BBS. You wouldn't see that wheel in a car here. Not sure if Mr. Stuck manhandled a Petri around the Karussell but is that lost on you guys? This forum would rip this car apart if it showed up in the States...

I don't think so, that is all period correct stuff, not like the air bags and huge rims you refer to in your earlier post (which I agree with).
