Dear All,
Please could some one tell me how I can see the difference between a 2500, 2800 and a 3.0 litre engine.
It seems that my 3.0 has wrong zenith carburettors and now I am not sure that the engine is a 3.0.

Take the engine number from the back of the block and type it into maximillians
(www.bimmer.com)parts # locator and see what comes up

Echappe, the website only works with VINnumber, but not with motor engine number. I want to know what type of engine I have. The enginenumber is 1277358.
