E3 Fuel Sending Unit

I bought this for the 2800 but it is too long, 9.5 inches vs. 8.5 which is what I need. RealOEM said it would fit but it doesn't, this is NOS part, 62 16 1 357 298. Appears to fit a 74 and on, $197 list price. $110 shipped to US. Thank you

(Anyone have a used 61 16 1 350 272?)

Hi Chris. I have some NOS parts, i can measure them up for you . Perhaps one will suit your purpose. From where to where do you measure? Bottom to underside=seating surface of yellow cap, or top of yellow cap?

Chris - I have this old one from my Bav. Let me know if you want it. It measures approx. 76 ohms at the bottom, 6 ohms at the top.
