I saw this car when it was at Canepa. It was truly one of the nicest coupes I have seen. At $110,000 for the auction amount, it was far more than Canepa sold it for at $75,000, which I thought was pretty high at that time. The funny thing about auctions is that sometimes prices obtained are far more than can normally be achieved via a regular sales venue, especially with lots of activity in the auction arena, alcohol and testosterone flowing! With that said, the car is stunning, but I think the "red mist" of the auction venue might have had some influence in the sale result at RM. Just my opinion......
