Will this dual gauge unit fit in the tight space where the idiot light oil sender is now?

probably yes,

based on this setup that i made using the original sensor for the idiot light

let me explain it, i had to use a "T" connector to be able to put the original sensor in the bottom, and the new pressure sensor on top

but if you see the pic, i would say that it seems to be free space enough for a conventional assembly of a close unit that will lay horizontally in that point

that is what i think,

it is an VDO part, i got it from them when i bought all the clocks and sensors
the kit includes the piece, plus a banjo bolt, plus copper washers
tell me if i can be of any help on this point
