The seat release levers look just like early 02 but must be for a 2000C, they have no headrests either, look how far the seat tilts forward.

Definitely 2000CS seats. By the early 70's, headrests were mandatory.

The pleated seat surface of the E3 seats does not extend all the way to the front seat piping as the 2000CS seats.
