When driving slow and going over bumps in the road a bumping sound is coming from the right rear tire area.

or it"s not tightened sufficiently or rubber bushing worn out, likely at the tower support.

I have speakers back there but they are not loose.

Loose shocks can hit poorly placed speakers
worth putting it on jackstands and then push on different suspension items with a well placed jack to see if their are internal bushings that have turned to powder within the trailing arms / suspension.
Own an Acura and you will know bumping/clunking can come from shot sway bar bushings....that's if you have one. I think a rear sway bar was an option until 1973. If you dont have one, get one, makes a difference.
Loose lug nuts or tired shock supports. Have your rear shock top supports in the trunk reinforced.
