It looks like it is one of the nicely preserved 2000c/cs, despite the fact of the sill rust.
Especially interior is kind a reference for some interested in period/factory level restoration.
It looks like BMW was trying a little more than for E9 with the finishing quality (a lot of foams and protection foils against moisture coming into the car)... but maybe I'm wrong
