'71 2800 cs in Sacramento

Hey folks,

New to the board, but saw this car posted on CL Sacramento earlier this week. The ad has expired, but the car is still available and I'm waiting on a call back from the owner for more details.

Asking price is $7k, ~100k miles but odo is out, so it's anybody's guess; owner states there's rust, but no indication of where or how extensive. Looks like a potential driver with some condition issues.

Did anyone take a look or know anything about this car? I'm in Los Angeles and I may head up there tomorrow if the car's in good shape.

There is another 2800cs (70) for sale in Sac that I checked out yesterday. Not as nice as this one but I took some photos and will post.

I can probably check out this other car this weekend if I can get some details...

On the east coast, that car would be considered mint...It does look pretty honest.
